Stress is the only thing you will see in this music video. Without the song this music video wouldn't be so powerful, like vice versa. It shows us reality happening in the streets of Paris. It is a little bit overplayed of course, but still warning us. This video just blowed up all the French blogosphere, there were many discussions about it.  Personally I uderstand this video, before my trip to Paris, about 10 people told me be awere of the black people.

Music Videos With Soul

Music Video With Soul - it is my characteristic for some music videos. Those videos are filled with life. When watching them you is experiencing some moments in the life of the hero, you feel his emotions and interests. Usually these videos contain small stories, actually they are more like short movies. Music only helps to the story, it works on it. Here are some examples:

Modjo - Lady



3 friends are rent a car and go on a road trip. We can see that there is a couple, but the 3rd guy is also having some feelings about friend's girlfriend, it is love from the side. There is a moment when a bold guy gets hit by a bottle, and then he is having shower with the girl he likes secretly- he is the happiest persnon in the world, he is glad that she takes care of him. And I think this is those are the feelings director wanted to show us.

Stardust - Music Sound Better With You

This music video is also directed by Michel Gondry. He uses his own childhood memories her - how he was making toy-planeand wathing some tv shows. In this video we feel how boy's dream become truth in this video. He begs his parents to buy him this toy plane at the begining. After that his whole life turns into a flights (in the moment when he is eating with parents and imagine his fog is the plane) . He makes and launches the plane finally. This is the model of the boy's dream and i think everybody will find some similaraties with their childhood.

Alan Braxe - Rubicon

The girl is passing her driving licence test. Pressure. Tension. Fear. Sudenly she realises that her instructor is drawing her in his notebook, everything changes.

Daft Punk - Around The World

As I have already said I am the biggest fan of this group and I think we should start with their most legendary music video - Around The World. Around The World is a second single from Daft Punk's debute album Homework. The director of this video is a french clip maker Michel Gondry. He made this video in the distant 1997, but even now it looks fresh. The main idea of the video is a dance. You will ask me - what is so special about it ? Every second music video has a dance in it. Answer - it is not just a simple dance, here we have 5 characters. Every character represents his own sound:  

Mummies - Beats 
Robots - Vocoder Voice 
Skeletons - Guitar 
Ladies - Sintezator 
Zombies - Bass  

And Michel Gondry shows the dance not in changing frequently close ups, but like a choreographic piece of art where you can see every movement done by dancers.
You will see by yourself that it somehow hypnotizes you.

Introduction

This is my first ever post and blog in English. I hope you will like it and will try to do it grammaticaly correct. The theme of this blog is - videos of electro music. You will see only my personal opinion about them, so please repsect it. My two favorite bands are Daft Punk and Justice(of course you will see some music videos of them).
